The 2017 Miss Philippines-Earth ‘most likely’...


The 2017 Miss Philippines-Earth and her court (Misses Philippines Air, Water, Fire and Eco-Tourism) will be chosen from a field of hopefuls (called “Eco Warriors”) tonight at the Mall Of Asia (MOA), hosted by Robi Domingo and airing tomorrow morning, July 16, at 10 o’clock on ABS-CBN.
As a tradition, Funfare’s “beauty experts” Celso de Guzman Caparas and Felix Manuel pick their lists of “most likely” (to make it) which are not designed to influence the judges. Celso and Felix agreed on 11 choices, namely:

1. Pulilan, Bulacan — Samantha Viktoria Acosta, 18, Entrepreneurial Management student;
2. City of Manila — Karen Ibasco, 26, college instructor;
3. Porac, Pampanga — Anne Krishia Antonio, 22, executive search consultant;
4. Filipino Community of New Zealand — Jessica Rose McEwen, 20, AB Communication student;


5. Puerto Princesa City — Sadrine Stoelzaed, 24, international flight attendant;
6. Olongapo City — Kim De Guzman, 24, Mass Communication graduate;
7. Cagayan de Oro City — Sherlyn Doloriel, 23, Marketing Management student;
8. Panglao, Bohol — Catherine Tabaniag, 18, Social Studies student;
9. Tayabas City — Lea Audrey Laano, 24, International flight attendant;
10. Lobo, Batangas — Vanessa Mae Castillo, 21, Psychology graduate;
11. Caloocan City — Jessica Marasigan, 23, artist.
The five other on Celso’s list: Magsaysay, Misamis Oriental – Diana Rose Socorro, 19, provincial government staff; Lipa City – Rianne Charlotte Kalaw, 19, Tourism Management student; Marikina City – Klaidel Hope Concepcion, 19, Biology student; El Salvador City, Misamis Oriental — Elizabeth Amahan, 19, International Studies student; and Mandaluyong City — Marie Sherry Ann Torres, 25, travel agency reservations officer.

And the four others on Felix’s list: Carmella Quirog of Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon; Princess Nicolas of Camiling, Tarlac; Agnes Mygelle Tolentino of Marilao, Bulacan; and Abigail Libre of San Miguel, Bulacan.
