Robin Padilla nagdonate ng P5M para sa mga bata sa Marawi

Actor Robin Padilla donates P5-million to the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) to help the children affected by the Marawi City incident.

President Rodrigo Duterte witnessed the turn over and according to the photos, the donation was received by DSWD Undersecretary Emmanuel Leyco.

"The P5-million donation is intended for the immediate psychosocial intervention for the children affected by the armed conflict in Marawi City," it said.

Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana, Trade and Industry Secretary Ramon Lopez, DSWD Asst. Sec. Rodolfo Santos, and Armed Forces of the Philippines Chief-of-Staff Gen. Eduardo Año were also present and witnessed the signing of the deed and donation.

The Marawi City crisis erupted on May 23 which prompted Duterte to declare Martial Law in Mindanao.
